How does it work?
It starts with your story. Get in touch and tell me more: are you looking for yourself or for someone else? Tell me about your style, the jewelry you love to wear, your priorities and desired budget, the feeling you wish your dream jewelry to embody. If you’ve seen past examples of my work, send that too! It’s a great way to start the design conversation.
Then, we have our initial consultation. This can be an email or phone call where we discuss your project and I clarify the design’s direction. I’ll send you sketches and we can refine details, materials, and pricing.
Once you’ve selected your sketch and we’ve finalized the design, we’re off to the races! I’ll source materials, create the piece, and send in on its way to you.

What do you need to know?
Giving me with as much information as possible helps me tailor the conversation to your needs. Important things to mention: is this an investment for yourself, or someone else? Is there a special occasion or deadline? Which type of jewelry (earrings, necklace, ring, etc) are you looking for? What is your budget? Do you have any inspiration photos representative of your style and what you'd like to make? Which metal or stones are you interested in?
Do you make engagement rings or wedding bands?
Yes! I love making ceremonial jewelry of all types, featuring recycled fine metals and post-consumer or ethically-sourced stones.
Can you incorporate family heirlooms or sentimental stones I already have?
Yes, with some caveats. I love reimagining family heirlooms. Send over photos and I’ll assess whether they’re appropriate for our project together!
I saw something you made and I’d just like to change the stones. Can you remake it?
I am happy to make a unique-to-you version of a classic Octave style. Get in touch!
How long does it take?
Bespoke jewelry is made to order, and as such takes time to get right. Typically, custom projects have a 8-12 week lead time depending on process and materials; Once we’ve chosen your design, I can give a more accurate timeline. In some circumstances I can accommodate rush projects for a fee.
How much will it cost?
Updates of classic Octave styles are priced as they would be on the website. Custom work typically starts at $1000, with the price varying depending on metal, process, and other materials. Let me know if you have budget considerations, and I can work with you to ensure our design suits your needs. All custom projects require a non-refundable 50% deposit to begin work.
